New Zealand based Aroa Biosurgery, a soft tissue regeneration company, has entered into an exclusive agreement with Mölnlycke Healthcare US to co-promote Endoform™ in US post-acute settings.
AROA retains ownership of Endoform and AROA ECM technology and will continue to manufacture, distribute and supply the product. The arrangement also allows AROA to focus its resources on growing Myriad™ adoption in surgical settings and pursuing the opportunity for Symphony™ in outpatient wound care.
The agreement relates solely to Endoform in US post-acute settings. AROA's other product portfolios and commercial arrangements, including Endoform distribution outside the United States, remain unchanged.
AROA's FY27 financial guidance remains unchanged at NZ$115–125 million in total revenue and NZ$8–11 million in normalized EBITDA.
Endoform products are extracellular matrix products composed of AROA ECM, for the management of acute and chronic wounds in outpatient or post-acute settings.
