Cadila Pharmaceuticals, one of India’s leading integrated pharmaceutical companies, and Wellesta Holdings, Singapore, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic Joint Venture aimed at expanding access to high-quality healthcare solutions across South-East Asia and selected international markets. The partnership brings together the complementary strengths of both organisations.

The proposed Joint Venture will focus on identifying and commercializing high-potential pharmaceutical and healthcare products, leveraging Cadila’s innovation and manufacturing excellence together with Wellesta’s market reach and commercialization strengths. The collaboration is expected to strengthen Cadila’s presence in key growth markets while enhancing Wellesta’s portfolio with differentiated and high-quality healthcare solutions.

The Joint Venture is envisioned as a strategic growth engine to expand business across South-East Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and other emerging markets. By combining Cadila’s product development and supply capabilities with Wellesta’s strong regional commercial footprint, the partnership aims to build a significant healthcare business over the coming years.

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of both companies to improving healthcare outcomes through innovation, quality, and market excellence, while creating lasting value for patients, healthcare professionals, partners, and stakeholders.
