Singapore: China based Phagelux, an anti-bacterial company developing phage-based solutions, has acquired biodegradable polymer delivery systems from Iveria Technologies, a US based development company.

"The acquisition of these technologies from Iveria will allow us to deliver our phage-based antibacterial solutions either as stand-alone products or in combination with more established medicines," said Mr Mark Engel, chairman of Phagelux. "The latter should open up a series of licensing and co-development opportunities for our company."
