Telix Pharmaceuticals has reported continued progress across its radiopharmaceutical imaging and therapeutic pipeline during the first half of 2026, alongside group revenue of $477 million.
Revenue increased 22% year-on-year, while the company invested $124 million in research and development, primarily across late-stage therapeutics and precision medicine programmes.
Telix’s precision medicine segment recorded 27% year-on-year revenue growth, supported by increasing volumes of its prostate cancer imaging products Illuccix and Gozellix.
Patient enrolment is nearing completion in the Phase III BiPASS study evaluating Illuccix and Gozellix for prostate cancer imaging in the pre-biopsy setting.
The company has also completed enrolment in a Phase III registrational study of Illuccix in Japan, while its new drug application remains under review by China’s National Medical Products Administration.
Telix is advancing TLX101-Px for glioma imaging, with a US regulatory decision targeted for September 2026 and a European marketing authorisation application under review.
Its kidney cancer imaging candidate TLX250-Px is being prepared for resubmission to the US Food and Drug Administration.
On the therapeutics side, Telix invested $68 million during the first half across its development pipeline.
The lead prostate cancer therapeutic candidate TLX591-Tx is progressing through the ProstACT Global programme in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
The first part of the study met its safety and dosimetry objectives with no new safety signals identified, and the US FDA has agreed that available safety data support progression into Part 2.
Recruitment is continuing across markets including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea.
Telix has also expanded its manufacturing infrastructure to support future radiopharmaceutical demand.
Its North Melbourne facility was opened in partnership with the Melbourne Theranostic Innovation Centre, while its Seneffe facility completed its first GMP production run of a lutetium-based therapeutic candidate.
Telix entered a strategic collaboration with Regeneron during the period to jointly develop and commercialise next-generation radiopharmaceutical therapies.
The company said its commercial performance is supporting increased investment in late-stage programmes, manufacturing capacity and regional market expansion.
