Singapore: RSA, the leading global life sciences executive search and interim management specialist, has appointed Mr Kristian Juergensen as managing director of RSA Germany. Juergensen commences his new role this month and will be reporting to Mr John Callagher, head of EMEA.

A highly experienced executive search professional and familiar face to RSA, Mr Juergensen first joined the company in 2006 where he took on the position of executive search consultant. During this time, he conducted executive searches for multinational corporations as well as medium-sized companies and placed candidates within all functional areas. Following dedication, hard work and success, Mr Juergensen was appointed as the director of RSA Interims in Germany, where he built a successful interim management business and managed a strong team of consultants.

Qualified in pharmaceutical law and fluent in both German and English, Mr Juergensen began his career with another executive search firm based in Frankfurt, specializing in the financial and life sciences practices. For the past two years, he has worked as the head of tender management for a German generics company, where he was responsible for handling incoming tenders.
