Singapore: Global leader in sustainable antibiotics and antifungals, DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals, has announced the appointment of Mr Anurag Roy as its new Business Unit Director for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Mr Roy will also be the be the Global Product Owner, New API.
During his 17 years of strategic leadership experience, Mr Roy has held various senior management positions, most recently as vice president, Custom Pharmaceuticals Services, Dr Reddy's Laboratories (DRL). He has also worked with three US-based companies, BASE-SAF, a chemical manufacturer; ORC International, a market research consultancy and Frost and Sullivan, the global growth consulting firm.
Mr Roy holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York, USA. He has authored several articles which have appeared in leading publications. He has also presented scientific papers and has been a key spokesperson at several international conferences.
