The company has purchased Allergan for $66 billion
Singapore: Actavis has announced that the company has received clearance from the European Commission for its acquisition of Allergan, which has been pending.
Clearance by the European Commission satisfies the final regulatory condition to the closing of the pending acquisition, which remains subject to certain customary closing conditions and is expected to be effective on or around March 17, 2015.
Actavis has acquired Allergan for $66 billion.
