Site Planning Manager to be part of our Consumer Healthcare Supply Chain business and this role will be based at Ulu Kelang office. In this role, you will be responsible to manage and develop the site supply plan and inventory management by ensuring optimum use of capacity and budget in accordance with the agreed stock replenishment to markets.

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for on time and in full to all markets.
  • Plan and control inventory of finished goods, raw and packaging materials to meet forecasted demand and safety stocks.
  • Responsible for developing the weekly and monthly production schedule to ensure that the site operates on a high level of efficiency.
  • Collaborate with supply planning and market to achieve an optimum end to end lead time and make frequency for class A skus.
  • Lead the review and analysis of RCCP (Rough cut capacity Planning) for each CCC (core commercial cycle).
  • Work with Supply Planning and Category to review and analyse LTCP (Long Term Capacity Planning).
  • Work with supply planner to manage weekly SCIM (supply chain incident management) with markets.
  • Responsible for management and periodic review of SAP data and parameters.
  • Responsible to deliver the inventory reduction project related to supply chain.
  • Engage and inspire staff by exemplifying GSK values on a day to day basis.

Ideally, We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain / Manufacturing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in production planning in manufacturing. (preferably in Pharma/Consumer Healthcare/FMCG
  • Knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing environment (ECC and APO modules of SAP)
  • Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office especially Excel, knowledge in Power BI is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to change and stay focused under pressure
  • Ability to work with and build relationships with key stakeholders
