A Day in the Life
Sales Representative II
- Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for Coronary - RDN business in Indonesia in a specified territory, by promoting defined Medtronic products to key specialist and technical staff for a specific business.
- Plan and implement sales call plans and provide field reports to Sales Manager.
- Provide ongoing, timely customer support by providing product information and use of products through appropriate communication channels.
- Practice good management in terms of planning, administration and expense planning and control. Comply with Medtronic’s code of conduct at all times.
- Ensure the company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products procedures, policies, operations, customer
- Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.
- Organize and participate in conferences and seminars.
- Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) – To actively utilises SFE processes for planning, delivering and analyzing sales calls
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services
- 2 to 4 year sales experience in medical or pharma field
