Singapore: Singapore based healthcare technology and services provide Napier Healthcare has appointed Mr Sahel Mattar as vice president of global consulting and services taking charge of strategy, consultation, professional services and implementation of Napier's Healthcare information technology solutions to healthcare providers around the world.
