Singapore: BioTecNika, India's biotechnolgy professional network has joined hands with ABLE - Association of Biotech led enterprises, to develop speedy collaboration between academia and industry.
The objective of the association is to graft a platform for a significant improvement in the connecting domain between the industry and academy.
ABLE is a non-profit forum with 270 members across India, representing all verticals of the biotechnology sector. The emphasis is on encouraging entrepreneurship and investment, providing a stage for companies to explore partnerships and reinforce links between industry and academia to progressively strengthen Indian biotech sector.
A team of industrious biotechnologists representing BioTecNika, are to join forces with ABLE to make every effort for the mutual objective of establishing a network integrating industry, academia and students. A commitment to provide unfaltering services for nourishing the upcoming talent and guiding students for choosing the right path fortifies our organization.
"Biotechnology sector is vast with growing employment prospects on one end and biotechnology students at another end, combing the industry for opportunities. BioTecNika's efforts to build an operative and supportive channel to aid bio-science aspirants in their pursuit for opportunities," said Mr Shekhar Suman, CEO and co-founder of BioTecNika.
