Mindray re-elects its directors

Singapore: Shareholders of Mindray Medical, a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices, have re-elected its directors Mr Xu Hang, Mr Ronald Ede and Mr Chen Qingtai. Each of them will serve a three-year term.

In addition, Mindray shareholders ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012.
