Singapore, Jun 25, 2009: The Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) is calling for entries from the medical technology companies based or represented in Australia for the 2009 Kerrin Rennie Award for Excellence in Medical Technology.
The award is to recognize the innovative and extraordinary contribution of medical technology in improving health outcomes of Australian patients.
A company can enter a product launched in Australia between January 1, 2008 and August 1, 2009 used in the diagnosis, prevention, treatment or management of disease and disability.
Nomination forms and criteria are available at MTAA's website, www.mtaa.org.au
Last date to submit the entry is August 7, 2009. The winner will be announced at the MTAA annual conference dinner in Sydney on September 23, 2009.
