Singapore, July 21, 2010: BIT Life Sciences has announced its first edition of the World Congress of Virus and Infections (WCVI) to be held between July 31, and August 3, 2010, in Busan, South Korea. The WCVI 2010 aims to provide an ideal forum for the promotion of relevant companies, products and services among key decision makers all over the world. The event is based on the theme, “Voice of Virologists”. The event aims at providing networking platform for experts from all around the world to improve cooperation amongst them.
Mr Xiaodan Mei, President of BIT Life Sciences' said, “The organizing committee of WCVI 2010 expects an all round participation to accelerate and promote the cognition of virology in the world. This event is actually the extension of the previous two annual World Summits of Antivirals. There are three parallel symposiums to be held in 2010: First World Congress of Virus and Infections, First Annual Inaugurate Symposium of Hepatitis Virus and Third Annual World Summit of Antivirals.
WCVI 2010 will set World Summit of Antivirals as the base to arrange a unique symposium for hepatitis virus and also enlarge its involvement in animal and plant antivirals. The Second Annual World Summit (WSA-2009) had achieved great success and attracted over 270 delegates from more than 40 countries. In the past two years, several veterans have made great contributions to this event.
