Singapore, Nov 6, 2009: Singapore-based drug development company Innogene Kalbiotech has partnered with mobileSoft Global, a Singapore-incorporated wholly owned subsidiary of PT. easySoft Indonesia, on a new software solution. This novel program, mS Mobile Workforce Automation (mS-mWA), will improve its data management and communication channels between field personnel and the head office and help Innogene become more customer-focused.
mS-mWA is an enterprise-scale business solution that helps companies with workload organzsation and to manage the implementation of work assigned to personnel out in the field. The highly-intelligent application is able to handle both projects that are scheduled and also unplanned tasks that crop up, and monitors the progress of work done across the board. This is essential to Innogene as it is currently registering and applying for approval for its drugs in several countries in the Asian and African continents.

By using this software, Innogene expects to improve sales and marketing productivity, eliminate missed opportunities and increase revenue. mS-mWA will allow Innogene to better manage its mobile workforce and customer information bank, streamline coordination within project teams and increase efficiency through real-time activity tracking and mobile system support. It will also assist Innogene in optimising business opportunities with more customer-centric processes and decrease time in troubleshooting problems that arise in the various markets.
To meet Innogene’s specific needs as a young growing company, mobileSoft Global has also added some thoughtful touches to the program. For one, the Business Process Flow for sales and marketing activity at Innogene has been customized to include specific requirements for each country that the company has commercialisation activities in.
The application also has several additional features on stock movement. These act as useful bridging solutions during the interim period where the system is undergoing integration with the inventory at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, Innogene’s parent company. mobileSoft Global has also inserted a sophisticated Specific Patient Information Management System and remote training and information sharing platforms for sales and marketing teams around Asia. Enhanced communication channels within the programme will help Innogene cut down the turnaround time it takes to meet customers’ needs.
