Singapore: Global logistics company, TNT, has launched a web-based application platform, TNT TrialDat, for clinical trial supply chain management.
The application is developed for the clinical research sector to capture end-to-end data on a single platform and offers a dashboard view of clinial material transport movement.
"The ability to extract data on macro and micro levels enables stakeholders to significantly improve their supply chain visibility and support better decision making progress," according to the company.
"TrialDat was developed specifically to enhance the TNT Clinical Express service", said Mr Michael Drake, managing director, TNT Asia Pacific.
According to Workforce Development Agency, Singapore has currently 500 active clinical research projects and is expected to double over the next three years.
