Taipei: Asia's largest medicare show opened in Taipei, Taiwan, to a great display of medical care and elderly care products. The opening ceremony showcased nine indigenously developed products that are path-breaking in their technology and design in the healthcare sector.

The nine products showcased at the twin exhibition were IMAGER-37 PILLOW by Seda Chemical Products, smart phone blood pressure monitors by Evastar-77 departments, Carease wireless wetness care system and inductive diaper by Golden Com International, GPS shoe by Glorious Union Medtech, Digital Non-Mydriatic Fundus Camera by Crystalvue Medical, Smart i-Oximeter by Comdek Industrial, Stretchable ROM leg Immobilizer Pro by I-Ming Sanitary Materials, EZsleep Sleep Quality Recorder by Platinum Team and Atigra by Karma Medical Products.

The footfalls at the event are expected to cross 60,000 this year. There are a line-up of procurement meetings, conferences, professional medical services, diverse mobility aid devices and lease services, making it the largest annual event for Asia.
