Altran healthcare expands in Malaysia

European healthtech company Altran inaugurates its new regional office in Malaysia as part of its strategic growth plan. It will also develop an innovation center in Kuala Lumpur along with its subsidiary Cambridge Consultants

Altran sets up shop in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with help of its subsidiary, Cambridge Consultants. Innovation center to follow suit

Singapore: European healthcare technology company Altran group has inaugurated its new regional office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as part of its growth strategy to develop new business opportunities in Asia.

Mr Philippe Salle, chairman and CEO, Altran, while referring to his strategic plan 2012-15, said that one-of-the-12 major projects to return to profitable growth was the group expansion in Asia. Starting with two large offices in China and India, Altran is now developing its business in South East Asia (SEA).

Altran will also develop an innovation center in Kuala Lumpur, supported by its subsidiary, Cambridge Consultants, as a strategic advisor. Cambridge Consultants will provide innovative product development services to accelerate the growth of blue-chip and ambitious start-up companies in Malaysia.
