Singapore: Pfizer and LiveWorld are going to co-sponsor three keynote panels on February 20, 2013 at Social Media Week 2013, whic will be held in Pfizer corporate headquarters in New York, US. The theme for the social media week is 'Open and connected: principles for a collaborative world'.
Pfizer and LiveWorld will host a variety of presentations and panels to educate regulated and consumer-sensitive industries such as pharma, finance, and consumer packaged goods on the benefits and best practices of social media monitoring, moderation, efficient process flow, and healthcare education. The panels will further explore and address social media crises, regulatory constraints and brand-sensitive environments.
With case studies from Pfizer, Cleveland Clinic, Wilson Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, and Proctor & Gamble (P&G), presenters will highlight and discuss the most valuable lessons and applications for brand-regulated social channels. These panels will bring together social media experts from both the legal and marketing disciplines for a discussion with a focus on pragmatic approaches to move a business forward.
