We come across several women in the field of biosciences at the graduation and post-graduation level of education. However, there are only those select few who are able to climb the ladder of the corporate world or organizational hierarchy to reach senior levels in a company or organization. These women have made their mark in the life sciences, which is an industry that requires tremendous hard work, patience, and an extremely strong-willpower.
