Bangalore, June 09, 2010: The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in collaboration with Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) is organizing a two-day National Workshop on Medical Device Regulations in India on June 11-12. 2010, at FICCI, New Delhi, India. The workshop is expected to help in harmonizing the evolving regulations with international standards and practices.
Speakers from the US FDA, European Commission as well as international trainers are invited and would be sharing their experience on harmonizing regulations.
The objective of the workshop is to create awareness of existing regulations and build an awareness of the proposed modifications for a comprehensive regulatory regime in India. This will also serve as a platform to debate on how the regulations should be modified.
The workshop is expected to attract government and regulatory authorities, manufacturers, regulatory professionals, industry representatives, academicians, hospital administrators, and business consultants/advisors.
