Bangalore, Nov 4, 2009: The board of directors at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics has approved the resignation of Dr P Siva Kumar from the posts of director and managing director of the company.

 

He will serve as the director and managing director till November 30, 2009. The decision was taken at the company's board of directors meeting held on November 3, 2009.
